Yeah, sometimes the pieces come out sounding different after they have been processed. When you mess around with a piece on the compose page, it just generates midi files, and the midi soundbank present on your computer is used for the actual sounds. When you submit the piece to the library, it converts it to an mp3 so as to consistently sound the same for everyone. It uses a midi soundbank on the server. I've tried a bunch of different ones, and for each one, some of the instruments sound great and others sound so-so. I haven't found the perfect soundbank yet.
I really like the piece, by the way. It's interesting to see the way you've combined all the different settings in a completely different way then I did.
Hmm, the voices didn't seem to save. I had it on all Piano 3. At least when I listen to it I hear some other sound instead...
